Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All BTS - Bespoke Textile LTD. orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or for custom-made products, this period might extend slightly; if so, we'll notify you.
Shipping Carriers and Times
For your international shipments, we partner with reliable carriers like FedEx and DHL. Shipping times can vary depending on the destination country and the chosen service type.
- Standard International Shipping: May take an average of 5-10 business days.
- Expedited International Shipping: May take an average of 2-4 business days.
Your tracking number will be sent to you via email immediately after your order has shipped. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment online.
Delivery Address Verification
Please carefully verify your delivery address before placing your order. BTS - Bespoke Textile LTD. is not responsible for delays or additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address information. You must notify us of any address change requests as soon as possible, ideally before the order has shipped.
Delivery and Damaged Packages
When receiving your package, we recommend inspecting the outer packaging in the presence of the delivery person. If the package shows obvious damage such as crushing, tearing, opening, or water damage, or if you believe the contents are missing/damaged, please do not accept the package. Instead, ask the delivery person to prepare a damage report (tutanak) and ensure the package is returned to us. This report will be necessary for product exchange or return processes.
Customs and Duties
For international orders, customs duties, import fees, or other local taxes may apply in the destination country. These additional costs are not included in the shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. BTS - Bespoke Textile LTD. cannot estimate or cover these charges. Please check your country's customs policies before placing an order.
- Customs & Duties for EU Customers For deliveries to the European Union, orders exceeding €150 may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are collected at the time of delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. BTS Bespoke is not liable for these fees. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing an order.

Return Shipments
To return purchased and unused products, you must contact us within 14 days from the delivery date. The shipping cost for returned items is the responsibility of the customer. Return shipments sent with freight collect (recipient-paid) will not be accepted. Please review our return policy before initiating a return.
