Are BTS Bespoke suits and tuxedos made to order?
Yes. Every piece in our collection is handcrafted to order in our Istanbul atelier. We do not hold pre-made stock — each garment is cut, sewn and finished specifically for you.
How long does production and delivery take?
Standard production takes 10–15 business days. International shipping typically adds 3–7 business days depending on your location. We ship worldwide via tracked express couriers.
What sizes do you offer?

Can I request a custom colour or fabric?
Absolutely. As direct manufacturers we have access to an extensive fabric library. Reach out to our concierge team and we will guide you through the available options.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Because each garment is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or sizing issue compared to your confirmed measurements, we will remake the item at no additional cost.
Do you offer wholesale or B2B orders?

Are shirts and bow ties included with the suit?
Unless explicitly stated in the product description, shirts and bow ties are sold separately. Each listing will clearly indicate what is included.
Where are BTS Bespoke garments made?
All garments are handcrafted in Istanbul, Turkey. We are the direct manufacturer — there are no middlemen, which allows us to maintain strict quality control and competitive pricing.
How do I find my correct size?
Please refer to our Sizing Chart & Guidelines page for detailed measurement instructions. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size and noting your measurements in the order notes.
